DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

You may request a return with our claims dept. within 7 days after the item has been delivered. Any returned item must be freight pre-paid by customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned item must be in the original packaging and must be in resell-able, brand new, UN-opened condition. Any custom made or wholesale orders (i.e. golf carts, motorcycle trike kits, sidecars, motorcycle lifts, or wholesale purchases including any assembled items) are non-refundable. Snow plows are non refundable. Any authorized return will incur a strict 20% restocking fee.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?

We do not have a minimum order amount. You can order as many or as little Coco Coupe as you would like. We do offer wholesale deals for dealers. If you are interested in purchasing multiple units at a time. Please contact us and we can further assist on discounts. 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ONLY Ship to the USA at this time. If you are looking to ship to Hawaii or Alaska, you would need to coordinate your own pickup from our location.
